Great Black and White Photographers Part 3
- The thing that caught my eye about Roy DeCarava work is the simplicity of it and how buy just the placement and the composer of the image he can give the viewer such a powerful message.
- I see a man playing piano with a sad look and posture yet he still is engrossed in the keys of the piano.
- I smell of polished wood of the piano. A sower smell but yet some how pleasant in a unique way.
- I hear the man playing the piano a sad tune on of someone that has just experienced great loss.
- I taste cool air as if a cold front had just come in and a bitter taste in my mouth of death.
- I feel sad and solemn as if it was a funeral and he was playing the music in the background to honor the person that died.
- I sea a man hitting drumsticks on a table imagining that it is a drum if only e could preform
- I smell wood from the drumsticks an earthly smell and the aroma of a dry-cleaned suit a soapy smell but refreshing like the smell of close that can right out of the wash.
- I hear the mans tap tap tap of his drumsticks against the wood and the commotion of the show cure in the back ground.
- I taste the worm air as if dreams were being fulfilled as if a wait was lifted the wait of feeling success and the accomplishment of discovering what life is all about.
- I feel happy for the man in the picture that he has accomplished his dreams of being a stare on the big screen. I also feel thankful for the man empathetic turds the fact that he has had such a unique opritunity to preform before thousands of people.
